Orders placed before 10 AM PST (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 10 AM PST will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends).

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery free of charge. Items must be in their original condition with all accessories included.

• 180-Day Product Defect Replacement: If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 180 days, we’ll provide a free replacement or repair.

• 1-Year Warranty: All BRUXE products come with a one-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing and quality-related issues.

Unless the product damage is caused by misuse or unauthorized modification, customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
